Fulfillment Complete-ish.

Hi everyone,

At this point, all of the backer and pre-order fulfillment have been picked up by the carriers (which are moving so slow nowadays), and many of you have received your packages. WOOT!

At this point, you should fall into one of these categories:

• You have completed your backer survey, have received your order, and are happy with your products. WOOT!! Mission complete
• You have completed your backer survey, have received your order, and are unhappy with your products. Maybe we made a mistake with your order or your items were received damaged - if so, we want to take care of your issues as quickly as possible. Please drop us a note at [email protected] and let us know how we can take care of this issue for you. If you items were received damaged, please send us pictures of the damaged box and packaging so we can make a claim with our insurance provider.
• You've completed your backer survey but haven't received your order yet. Your order should be fulfilled and you should have received an email with your tracking information. If that isn't the case, please check your spam for messages about your tracking information. You can also check your BackerKit profile to get the confirmation information for your shipment. If none of that is working for you, please contact us at [email protected] so we can look into this for you. Please note, we have one backer (to whom we have sent emails and messages) that has an issue around shipping - so they have created their survey but haven't received shipping info yet because we need a phone number to complete their shipping transaction. If this happens to be you. Please contact us immediately!
• You haven't completed your survey...which means we don't have the information necessary to fulfill your order. Please log in to your BackerKit profile and complete your survey. If you can't remember how to get there, you can Find Your BackerKit Survey with this link - https://www.backerkit.com/are_you_a_backer
• You are lost and aren't sure what you need to do. No worries, Kickstarter campaigns can get a little overwhelming. Please drop us an email and let us help sort out your situation. We can be reached at [email protected]

The Shipment Has Arrived

Great News!

Our shipment has arrived today. The warehouse is busy pulling the shipment into the warehouse and will begin the inventory and QA process. If all goes well, we are hoping to start whipping orders on Thursday. Please note, it will take us approximately 2 weeks to get all the orders out due to COVID practices which limit our bandwidth for fulfillment.

Confirm your address!

Greetings!

As we get closer to the day when we will receive the new shipment of product, it is time to make sure your address is correct and current. We will be sending out "lock-down" emails today so that you can confirm or update your shipping address. Please note, it is extremely important that your address is correct. If an order is returned for an incorrect address, you will be responsible for all costs to receive the order back into the warehouse and to reship your order. 

The email will be coming from BackerKit. If you don't see it in your normal email - please look for it in your junk mail. You can also go straight to the BackerKit site and log into your account to check or change your address.

Hi Everyone,

I know it has been a little bit since our last update, and we wanted to give you a new update given the latest information. Here is the latest:

• The Bookplates have been completed by Jon and have been sent to the ArtOrder warehouse to be ready for fulfillment.
• The damaged items have been printed and are on their way to the ArtOrder warehouse. If everything goes as planned, we should have the items in the next two weeks.
• Once we get all the items, we will need to do QA and inventory of the final shipment, and then we should be ready to start fulfillment.
